Designed and manufactured to exacting tolerances, the Natcedar components can be assembled by non-skilled labour if necessary. Easy to follow assembly instructions and drawings are provided for all our product lines. The key to a successful implementation of the Natcedar system is planning and training. Natcedar provides both, starting with a detailed implementation plan designed to suit the customer's timetable, a dedicated implementation manager who will oversee the transition, and free hands-on training at our fully operational training facility. This is backed up by on-call help lines, an on-line service with answers to frequently asked questions, technical drawings and on-site assistance if required. WERS Test Results The WERS (Window Energy Rating Scheme) enables windows to be rated and labelled for their annual energy impact on a whole house, in any climate of Australia.
