Our Process


Our imported Western Red Cedar is imported from Canada and is certified by ISO14001 as a sustainable forest product. Our unique process of air drying for 3 months and our in house grading process ensures the highest quality products that are ecologically certified and can be used with confidence.
	Using the very latest in wood machinery, the components are moulded to the required template. A strict QA regime ensures all products are produced to a tight tolerance.
Highly skilled and trained operators then cut to size, dock and trench in one process to complete the component.
Stored in the state of the art warehouse that ensures no damage and ready for either further processing or final delivery
